ACTION: The United States Air Force Test Center/Directorate of Contracting (AFTC/PZIOB) Edwards AFB, CA, intends to award a single source contract to Marvel Aero International Inc. in order to upgrade Aircraft Battery Management System (ABMS) hardware and software to a station ABMS-10X. The applicable NAICS code is 335999 (All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing) with a size standard of 600 employees.
