Dover Air Force Base has a requirement for Specialty Cleaning Services BPA in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS.) Please see Attachment 1 - Specialty Cleaning BPA PWS for a complete description of services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 561790 and the Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is $9,000,000.00.
