Description: The US Air Force needs an updated Fuel System (FS), Flight Display System (FDS), and Flight Computer due to obsolescence and is looking for innovative ideas to not only replace but improve these systems with turn-key solutions enabling supportability and future growth. The FS, FDS, Flight Computer, and the future growth/adaptability define the scope of the CCR program. The program scope also includes the addition of autothrottle systems. 5. The anticipated contract will be a Cost-Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) for EMD, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for Production and Deployment (P&D), single award indefinite delivery/quantity type contract comprised of One (1) 48-month Base Period with Six (6) 1-Year Option Periods and a projected period of performance from August 2027 to August 2037. 6.
