Pre-Solicitation Notice NAICS: 237990 – High-Speed Vibratory Compactor M67854-26-R-5314 This Pre-solicitation Notice is being posted in advance of the Solicitation. No. M67854-26-R-5314 for the High-Speed Vibratory Compactors (HSVC). The forthcoming solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition. Information contained in this notice is subject to change. No proposals are being requested at this time. The Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps (PAE MC), Program Manager Combat Support Systems (PM CSS), Product Manager Engineer Systems (PdM ES) anticipates acquiring High-Speed Vibratory Compactor (HSVCs) and other accessories which include modifications, spare part kits, break-in kits, and preventative and maintenance services. The Government anticipates a Request for Proposal (RFP) to be released in the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 26 with an ordering period of five years. The applicable NAICS code is 333120, Construction Machinery Manufacturing. The PSC Code is 3990, Miscellaneous Materials Handling Equipment. It is the intent of the Government to utilize Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) to ultimately award a single, five-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The HSVC shall be a commercially available item with military modification capabilities. The HSVC shall be a single drum platform with a bolt-on padfoot kit capable of compacting various types of soil, such as gravel, and other materials by applying rapid vibrations along with pressure.
