Background The NIH Office of AIDS Research requires modernization of the audio-visual system in Room 2F100, Resource Library, located at 5601 Fisher Lane, Rockville, Maryland. The current system is outdated, no longer supported by information technology staff, and does not reliably support current meeting and collaboration needs. The upgraded system is intended to align with the functionality and user experience of Room 3F100 and provide a standardized, reliable, and easy-to-use meeting environment. 2. Objective The objective of this effort is to design, procure, install, and implement a fully integrated audio-visual system that supports high-quality in-room and virtual collaboration, improves usability, and ensures long-term supportability. 3.
