The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of a Facility Support, Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Performance-Based contract with recurring and non-recurring services to provide Regional Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Services at Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA. and Other Areas of Responsibility (AOR) General Work Requirements: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental engineering required to perform: The intent of 1503050 C - Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping is to specify the requirements related to services to lawns, fields, operational areas, and storm water system operation and maintenance, such as: mowing, trimming, edging, trash and debris removal, aeration, de-thatching, fertilization, irrigation systems operation and maintenance, tree maintenance, tree control, vegetation and weed control as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The intent of 1503060 C - Pavement Clearance is to specify the requirements related to pavement sweeping, snow and ice removal and roads and other paved surfaces as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Source Selection procedures will be used to select the proposal that provides the lowest price and is technically acceptable to the Government. Offerors will be evaluated using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Method.
