What this contract is for
This is a solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number W50S9F26QA016 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for provision and installation of office furniture in Madison WI. More information is available within the attached Purchase Description. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 337214 and the size standard is 1,100 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference, and full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul and acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/class_deviations.html. This action will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order to the quoter providing the most advantageous quote to the Government. The Government will select the most advantageous quote, considering price, technical, and past performance. This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award, and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government’s intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Quotes must be valid through September 30, 2026. All other information concerning this requirement is included within the attached documents.
