What this contract is for

***Amendment 0003 was posted 15 July 2026. Please see attached Amendment N68335-26-R-1041-0003.*** The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) is officially releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a competitive basis for the procurement of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) as outlined in the attached Solicitation N68335-26-R-1041 and related attachments. The PSE items are required for support of the V-22 Aircraft Domestic and FMS platforms. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Technical Data Package and Export Control Requirements This solicitation includes DFARS 252.204-7025, Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Requirements. The technical data package contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Offerors must obtain access to the CUI drawing package to prepare a proposal. Proof of CMMC Level 2 (Self) Assessment certification is required to request access to the technical data package. Refer to Section A of the solicitation document for full instructions regarding CMMC. The Government owns the Build-to-Print Technical Drawing Package, which is considered Export Controlled. All Offerors must possess a current and certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) to request access to the drawings. Drawings will be provided to the designated data custodian listed on the certified DD Form 2345 via the DoD SAFE website.
