The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed contract to The[BRIEF]lab a subsidiary to . This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Any interested parties who believe they can provide the subject services to meet DEA’s requirement should contact Laura Over via email at [email protected] no later than Tuesday, July 21st, 2026 by 10:00AM, EDT and reference number D-26-AS-0002 and submit a written response describing their ability to provide the service. It is solely within the discretion of the Government to not compete this contract based upon responses to the notice. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
