98004 Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinics Exposure Code List The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price to Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinics (AOEC) to support occupational public health practice and surveillance by maintaining and updating a standardized exposure coding system used by clinicians and public health practitioners to document workplace exposures associated with occupational illness and injury. PSC Code: Q533 – Occupational & Public Health Services NAICS Code: 81392 - Professional Organizations The anticipated period of performance is 4 years (base + four options): Base: 09/01/2026 - 08/31/2027 Option Year 1: 09/1/2027 - 08/31/2028 Option Year 2: 09/01/2028 - 08/31/2029 Option Year 3: 09/01/2029 - 08/31/2030 Place of Performance: Contract work will be performed at the contractor’s facilities. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received prior to the date and time below will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
