Ft. (ABOA): 1,800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,500 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Unreserved Adjacent to space Full Term: 12 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: • FSL Security Level 2 • Foundation must be able to accommodate a total of 25,000 lbs. • Space must be able to accommodate the interior storage of 2 vehicles with a length of up to 18’9” and 6’9” in width with room to maneuver, park, and to do light vehicle maintenance. Estimated 4 interior parking spaces plus 1 space to maneuver, load, and unload. • Space ceiling height clearance of a minimum of 10’ • Must have a minimum of 1 ground level rollup door, which must be no smaller than a 10’x10’ to serve as a vehicle entrance and exit into storage space, and one man door. Below are minimum requirements for space but are subject to internal security review prior to acceptance of space and: 1) Be located within a low threat area of the city. 2) Shall NOT be located in close proximity to foreign government agencies. 3) Are subject to internal security review prior to acceptance of space. 4) Shall not be located around foreign owned businesses. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
