Eastman Lake Janitorial Services The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Eastman Lake Janitorial Services for a base plus four option years. Project Description: The requirement is for janitorial cleaning to maintain cleanliness and sanitation within Buchanan Dam, H.V. Eastman Lake campground areas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to perform all janitorial services to be placed in county supplied dumpsters. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 – Janitorial Services. S201 Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial. The size standard is $22,000,000.00. Product Service Code is S201 Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 15 June 2026 with quotes due tentatively on 16 July 2026. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
