What this contract is for

The purpose of this amendment 0001, to solicitation SP4706-26-Q-0023, is to include a revised Statement of Work (SOW), and as a result, extend the solicitation close date to Friday, July 24, 2026 at 12 PM Noon EST. Offerors please revise any quote you may have already submitted prior to this amendment, to acknowledge/address the newly added safety requirements in Section 5.I.C, 1-10 of the SOW. The original solicitation publication description is detailed below. *************************************************************************************************************************************************** This solicitation is for one (1) new 3D metal printer, to be delivered to the Product Test Center (PTC) Mechanical Lab VTM, located in Columbus, Ohio. A related sources sought, SP4706-26-Q-X014, was posted for this requirement. The scope of work includes the delivery of one (1) 3D metal printer, as well as installation, calibration, warranty, three (3) days of on-site training for up to four (4) PTC associates, and three (3) years of preventative maintenance as needed. Please see the attached technical specifications for a full description of work and more details. Submitted quotes MUST INCLUDE the offeror's Cage Code and address the various lead times in addition to providing line item pricing that details the requirements called out in the technical specifications and performance work statement. Submit quotes to the Contracting Officer, Elizabet Dickstein via email. Contract information is provided in the Primary Point of Contact section of this solicitation. Quotes are considered late and will not be evaluated if received after 12:00 PM, Noon, EST on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
