What this contract is for

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, Mississippi, is issuing solicitation W912HZ26QA025 for Plastic Supplies Master BPA. The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain plastic supplies for the ERDC facilities over the next five years. Orders will be issued by firm-fixed price BPA Call orders. There is no minimum guarantee for this agreement. There is a pool of Blanket Purchase Agreement holders that will share a total capacity not to exceed $5,000,000.00. The Government estimates but does not guarantee that the total volume of purchases through the Blanket Purchase agreement pool will total $5,000,000.00. Individual requirements shall not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. There is no minimum guarantee of work. There is no minimum BPA Call value. This BPA expires Five (5) years from award date or at reaching the BPA not to exceed limit ($5,000,000.00), whichever is earlier. BPAs will be established based on the overall best value quotations determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. The Government anticipates to award around 3-5 Blanket Purchase Agreements based on the evaluation factors listed in this solicitation. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business.
