What this contract is for
This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) notice and Request for Information (RFI) for Enterprise Payload Processing Management (EPPM). A. Overview Space Access is transitioning to a centralized management model to optimize the use of limited payload processing capacity, and increased schedule insight for commercial PPFs across NSS, civil, and commercial missions. This effort, EPPM, will transition from the ad hoc approach where individual System Program Offices (SPOs) and their SV contractors procure PPF services to a centralized approach where Space Access will schedule and procure PPF services for the USSF SV SPOs. The Government requests a comprehensive review and feedback to the Draft RFP solicitation as well as the Request for Information questions. B. EPPM Draft RFP #1 The EPPM Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts will feature a five (5) year basic ordering period. How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
