The Department of the Navy, Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maritime is issuing a Full and Open Competition combined synopsis and solicitation for the procurement of an Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) to be converted into Multi-Mission AUTEC Range Vessel (MARV) with associated supplies and services, under NAICS code 336612 on the behalf of Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive Mine and Warfare (EM and W).

The purpose of the synopsis concurrent with solicitation pursuant to the authority of FAR Subpart 12.6, is to inform all interested parties of the opportunity.
