AMENDMENT 0001 Solicitation No.: 36C24826Q0927 Title: Comprehensive Confined Space Identification, Evaluation, Documentation, Signage, Training, and SOP Services Purpose of Amendment The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the solicitation closing date.
Notify offerors that an additional amendment will be issued to provide Government responses to vendor questions received.
The following changes are made to the solicitation: 1.
Solicitation Closing Date The due date for receipt of quotations is hereby extended from: Previous Closing Date: July 20, 2026, at 4:30 PM EDT Revised Closing Date: July 27, 2026, at 4:30 PM EDT All other submission instructions remain unchanged.

Questions and Answers The Government received vendor questions regarding this solicitation.
A subsequent amendment containing the Government's responses to all timely received questions will be posted to SAM.gov no later than July 21, 2026.
Offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for all solicitation amendments and acknowledging receipt of all amendments with their quotation.

All Other Terms and Conditions Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms, conditions, and requirements of the solicitation remain unchanged.
