What this contract is for

Amendment 0001 is issued to provide an addditional reference document associated with the SOW. The work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to complete all work as described in the provided Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 333415 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of 1250 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 07/16/2026 via email to [email protected] and [email protected]. Quotes shall be submitted via the SF-18. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 07/21/2026 at 1000 Eastern Time located at: USCG SMTC Barracks 1308 Northwest Blvd Chesapeake, VA 23322 Interested parties must arrange site visits with Nate Chappell at 757-483-8792, [email protected] and Hayden Heyer 757-375-1183, [email protected]. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form. There was not an incumbent.
