Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 9 of 9 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 2 General Summary: Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5 (NCO 5), is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify vendors that are interested in and capable of providing maintenance, repair, and replacement of Plumbing Systems, HVAC-R Systems, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, and Control Systems at VA Medical Centers located in Beckley, Clarksburg, and Huntington WV.
Primary locations are the Beckley VA Medical Center, Louis A.
Johnson VA Medical Center (Clarksburg), and Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center (Huntington).

Description of Work: Multiple firm-fixed unit price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) will be established to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) repair and maintenance services across Beckley VA Medical Center, Louis A.
Johnson VA Medical Center (Clarksburg), Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center (Huntington), and with a surge capacity to service all associated clinics.
The contractor shall furnish all necessary qualified personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, and services to perform the tasks in the Statement of Work prepared for each Task Order.
The scope encompasses maintenance, repair, and replacement of the systems below.
