North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 339999 – All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing (4) Description of Requirement (i) This procurement action provides critical equipment necessary to implement the Bureau of Diplomatic Security’s Antiterrorism Assistance (DS/T/ATA) program.

The equipment, which includes a range of communications, medical, ballistic, and tactical gear, is essential for specialized training and capacity-building activities with foreign law enforcement partners.

It is specifically used to equip officials with the tools and skills needed to effectively counter and respond to terrorist threats.

This ensures our partner nations are better prepared to detect, deter, and disrupt transnational terrorist activities at their source.

This work strengthens our allies' ability to provide a critical first line of defense, directly enhancing U.S. national security.

This pre-solicitation notice is for seventeen (17) training requirements, each with a separate equipment list; and will be solicited separately to the already identified HUBZone small businesses.
