The City of Richmond, Virginia (the "City"), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities ("DPU"), seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the Hobby Hill Lake Dam Rehabilitation project (the "Project"). The Project will entail the removal and replacement of the dam and principal outlet structure, as well as the stabilization of seepage through the dam using a blanket, chimney, and foundation drain (the "Work").
