This Sources Sought Notice SPE605-26-RFI-1016 is for information only and shall not be construed as a Solicitation, nor as an obligation on the part of Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA-Energy). The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified businesses that are interested and capable of providing for the direct delivery of fuel to various Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilian (FedCiv) locations in North Carolina. This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only. Requests for solicitation will not be responded to and no contracts shall be awarded based on the responses received. In responding to this notice please provide your company name, SAM.gov Unique Entity ID/CAGE code, email address, phone number, and name/location of fuel supplier. This acquisition is restricted to 100% small business. Please identify your socioeconomic concern, if applicable. Description: In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 10, DLA Energy is conducting market research to identify interested vendors capable of providing fuel products to DLA Energy customers located in North Carolina (Customer Organized Group (COG) 4 region). The qualifying North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 324110. The resultant contract type will be a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract.
