The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified businesses that are interested and capable of providing for the direct delivery of fuel to various Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilian (FedCiv) locations in North Carolina. This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only. Requests for solicitation will not be responded to and no contracts shall be awarded based on the responses received. Description: In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 10, DLA Energy is conducting market research to identify interested vendors capable of providing fuel products to DLA Energy customers located in North Carolina (Customer Organized Group (COG) 4 region).
