What this contract is for

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ is requesting information pertaining to the procurement of the following item as it is required to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Czech Ministry of Defense, AH-1Z and UH-1Y and Nigerian Airforce, AH-1Z: Air Data Test Set (ADTS), NSN 4920-016566280, part number ADTS405-5643. The ADTS provides the capability to test and troubleshoot the aircraft's data system. The primary function of the equipment is to provide regulated total and static pressure outputs, simulating attitudes and air speeds for evaluation of an aircraft's Air Data system and associated systems. It also performs pneumatic leakage tests to the aircraft's Pitot-Static System. This is Request for Information (RFI) notice is to solicit comments, questions and feedback from industry to meet the general requirements described above. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond and should provide information that includes previous efforts and related data to [email protected], no later than the response deadline specified below. All information should reference the RFI number on the subject response line as well as on all enclosed documents. Responses must include the company name address, CAGE code, points of contact name and email/phone, and company business size. Respondents may provide Rough Orders of Magnitude on any currently available product or company capabilities that will meet the Navy's requirements.
