What this contract is for
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (hereafter referred to as “Notice”) issued for the purpose of planning and market research. GENERAL The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified small businesses and alternative solutions. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations and this does not obligate the Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS) to award a contract now or in the future. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the capability assessment. All correspondence related to this notice must be conducted via e-mail. The Government will not accept or acknowledge telephone inquiries. The Government does not anticipate providing feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions to this Notice. Interested parties may submit questions regarding the Notice; however, the Government does not anticipate providing responses to questions. The Government reserves the right to use any submitted data in a resultant solicitation.
