This solicitation is for a quantity of 20 Kits that will contain only Contractor Acquired Property (CAP); no Government Furnished Material (GFM) will be authorized. Solicitation is being solicited as total small business set-aside. The approved sources of supply: IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 13873 KC130JADGRKIT REVISION NR R2 DTD 04/29/2026 PART PIECE NUMBER: KC130JADGRKIT The delivery required is 254 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or around 06/22/2026 and will be posted on the FTP website. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.” A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
