This advertisement is incorporated into Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) No. 26NAT02 by reference as an RLP attachment. In the event of any conflict between this advertisement and the provisions of RLP No. 26NAT02, the requirements of this advertisement shall take precedence. The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for fully finished, and furnished (optional) administrative office space to support short-term government operations. Location: Doral, FL Delineated Area (see attached map): North: NW 74th St to Hialeah Expressway / State Road 934 South: FL-968 (aka W Flagler St) East: Florida State Rd 9 (aka NW 27th Ave) West: Florida Turnpike Lease Term: Six Months (ideally August 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027) Occupancy: Immediate occupancy, as-is space Space Requirements: Space Layout: 18,000 - 25,000 ABOA SF located on a single floor The space should provide for a minimum of thirty (30) private offices to be used as offices or communications rooms. Each office shall have: All specified offices shall be enclosed on all four sides and include a full height door. An open (can be covered) wall mount or similar structure suitable to support network cabling. A minimum of four (4) electrical outlets. Each office that has windows shall have operable window blinds in good working condition. The space should have one (1) additional large office with minimum dimensions of twenty feet by twelve feet The space should have an open area sufficient to accommodate at least thirty (30) six-foot tables distributed throughout the open space.
