What this contract is for

The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to engage with industry early to answer questions, have open discussion and identify potential vendors based on the attached set of draft requirements for Common User Land Transportation (CULT) Commercial Trailers in support of the 6966th Transportation Truck Terminal (TTT) within the European theater. Requirement Summary: The Government intends to procure fourteen (14) standard European-specification commercial trailers with factory-standard ADR EX II/EX III compliance (Hazardous Materials/Munitions transport certification) under a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
