The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469026Q0011, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, for the leasing of washers / dryers for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron. The 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (AFGSC/28 CES) at Ellsworth AFB has a requirement for the leasing of washers and dryers for the on-base airmen dorms. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to furnish, install, and maintain the contractor owned washers and dryers. The work to be performed consists of installing contractor-furnished washers and dryers and providing continuous machine maintenance at maximum efficiency. This award will have an ordering period of five years. The projected ordering period is currently 1 October 2026 ? 30 September 2031.This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532210 with a size standard of $49M. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Combined Synopsis / Solicitation, along with its accompanying attachments.
