Agency and Location Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Oakdale 1507 East Whatley Road, Oakdale, LA 71463 2. Purpose FCC Oakdale seeks to identify capable contractors able to furnish and deliver air?cooled chillers, centrifugal pumps, and provide manufacturer?certified start?up services. Installation will be performed by FCC Oakdale HVAC staff. 3.
