When the solicitation is issued, it will be accessed through the PIEE Solicitation Module and announced on https://sam.gov/ website and all interested parties shall obtain the solicitation from this website.The 325th Contracting Squadron (325 CONS) at Tyndall AFB, FL is seeking potential sources for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for repairs and construction of non-airfield pavements in support of the 325th Civil Engineering Squadron (325 CES). The work to be performed under this project consists of: asphalt pavement installation or repair, milling of pavements, demolition of pavements, excavation and grading, installation or repair of storm drains, headwalls, and stormwater convenances, grading and compaction of sub-base, installation or repair of base course, installation and repair of asphalt pavement, concrete driveways, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, marking of pavements, and installation of topsoil and grass at Tyndall AFB, FL.The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified and interested sources with experience relative to NAICS Code 237310 with a size standard of $45.0M.The basic contract is anticipated as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract and will include a wide variety of paving task orders awarded on a FFP basis.
