What this contract is for

The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to maintain and provide software upgrades and support for government-owned MIM software licenses. The MIM software is the primary image viewing and processing software used in the Molecular Imaging Branch (MIB)/Molecular Imaging Clinic (MIC) for all research patient images acquired with the clinical PET/CT scanner. The software is also used for images acquired from the branch’s pre-clinical microPET/CT scanner. All services shall be performed off-site in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard commercial maintenance practices. The scope is only for software service support.
