This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 12, in conjuction with FAR part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals and samples are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is 15F06726R0000146 as Unrestriced, Full and Open. This request is to procure 9mm Luger Ammunition in three (3) catergories: Service, Training, and Frangible. This solicitation incorporates some provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is {332992 - Small Arms Ammunition Manufacturing}. The FBI intends to make three (3) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) single award contracts - one IDIQ for each category of ammunition. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01. This requirement will be awarded on an all-or-none basis per category as a commercial product under the procedures at FAR Part 12, in conjunction with FAR part 15.
