All contractor performance shall be in a safe manner, and in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, and all installation policies. Any/all required documentation and service-related requirements including installation access are the responsibility of the contractor with coordination as necessary with the site of POC. Notes: 1. All quotes shall be in U.S. Dollars. 2. Offerors shall state the place of manufacture/country of origin of the equipment they are quoting for this solicitation. (Items must be manufactured in the USA or a qualifying country (Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant countries). Any items that are not made in a qualifying country, such as China, or any other restricted country will not be considered.) 3. The Government will not accept late quotes. 4. The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete. 5.
