What this contract is for
In accordance with Executive Order 14392 “Ensuring Truthful Advertising of Products Claiming to be Made in America” and in order to advance the Administration's policy to revitalize American manufacturing and promote American workers, the General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI). The RFI seeks input from industry stakeholders on how to regenerate an important part of the American economy by making it easier to buy American products through GSA Advantage. Only responses submitted through the RFI link below will be accepted. Responses submitted through any other means will NOT be evaluated or recorded. RFI Link: https://feedback.gsa.gov/jfe/form/SV_cvEH8Pm0kAwRYfY (NOTE: If the link does not work, try clearing your browser history (cache) and then copying and pasting the link into a new browser. To respond to this RFI, you MUST copy and paste the link into a new browser.) Additional Information: Your company may receive multiple RFI notifications for this requirement since it is being posted on GSA eBuy, SAM.gov. and marketed widely on GSA platforms. Your company only needs to complete the RFI survey one time. Any questions regarding this RFI can be sent to: [email protected]. Please include the RFI number in your email title.

How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
