The City of Chesapeake is seeking purchase and installation of two (2) compressors with dryers and proper ventilation (fans) for the compressor room at the City's Maintenance facility located at 3316 S. Military Hwy, Chesapeake VA 23323. The compressors are required to be 20HP Rotary Screw with High Efficiency Motor and EPA Act Compliant. The compressors must be capable of reliable operation at a flow rate of 160psig, 77.40cfm and have a 3 Stage Separator - 2 ppm Or Less Oil Carry-over with 10 Micron Oil Filter, 4 Micron Air Filter and 40 Micron Filter Mat. Drive motor efficiency at full load should be 91% and have a protection rating of IP 55. Sound pressure rating should not exceed 68 dba. The package must include a compressor controller for programmable switching operation.
