The Work to be performed under this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, travel time, equipment and all other Work incidental thereto necessary or required to provide the complete repair, monitoring, maintenance, inspection and testing of Agency fire detection devices, equipment and systems at Agency facilities located throughout the City's five (5) boroughs. All Work designed, filed, performed and materials furnished under this Contract shall conform to the applicable requirements of the appropriate corresponding rules and regulations including without limitation the New York City Department of Buildings ('DOB'), New York City Fire Department ('FDNY'), and National Fire Protection Association Code 72 ('NFPA 72'). This Request for Bids is released through PASSPort, New York City's online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the CSB, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page and click on the 'Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort' blue box. Doing so will take one to the public portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the CSB, insert the EPIN, 84627B0001, into the Keyword search field. In order to respond to the CSB, vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so. The Bid Opening date will be on August 19th, 2026 at 3:00pm.
