GENERAL INFORMATION The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) South Pacific Division (SPD) through Sacramento District (SPK) intends to award approximately six (6) to ten (10) Unrestricted and approximately four (4) to six (6) Small Business Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) under this Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) primarily for Vertical Design A-E services, in accordance with 40 U.S.C. Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers and Public Law (PL) 92-582 as implemented in Class Deviation 2026-O0029, “Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul,” (RFO).
