AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS Funding is not currently available for this requirement. The Government?s obligation for performance of this contract beyond that date is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise for performance under this contract beyond October 1, 2026, until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for performance and until the Contractor receives notice of availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Operational Contracting Division, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) FA282326Q0053 to establish a contract for Concrete Saw and Blades. All work shall be performed in accordance with Technical Requirements Document (TRD) 19 February 2026 and will be executed as Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing), with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is 3895. Offerors must clearly identify their business size status within their quotations to be considered eligible for award.
