This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement for annual calibration and certification services for ten (10) dynamometers and one (1) crane scale, with a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) line item for as-needed repairs and recalibrations. Services shall be performed in strict conformance with ASTM E74 and ISO 376 standards. Offerors must provide proof of current accreditation from a Navy-approved accrediting body (A2LA, ANAB, or NAVLAP). NAICS and Size Standard: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333923 with a corresponding small business size standard of 1,250 employees.5.
