Section L.2 Proposal due date revised to: July 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of Solicitation 6923G226R000002 remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The Department of Transportation(DOT), Maritime Administration(MARAD), and the U.S.Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) seeks a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform full scale food services as defined in the Performance Work Statement and expressed in the vendor’s proposal per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract, in accordance with the Performance Requirements Summary and as recognized by industry standards, Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, and the approved Transition-In Plan to be incorporated into the contract.
