Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of this procurement is to procure an annual preventative maintenance agreement for the AB SCIEX PACE MDQ Plus Capillary System. The contractor will provide a Full-Service Contract for equipment maintenance of the following system PACE MDQ Plus B525230047 SECTION 4 – TASKS TO BE PERFORMED Provide equipment maintenance of the AB-SCIEX MDQ Plus Capillary system. Provide all labor, travel, and parts with unlimited breakdown calls included Provide one scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit per year which includes a full system diagnostic using software and critical parts exchanged Priority response for all breakdown calls within 24 to 48 hours The instrument that is part of the service contract has many proprietary parts manufactured and sold exclusive by the proposed vendor, AB SCIEX, LLC. AB-SCIEX is the sole manufacturer of the systems and provider of maintenance services through company. No other companies manufactured products are compatible with the servicing instruments.
