What this contract is for

The proposed contractual action will be a single-award, firm-fixed price (FFP), five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Spares contract with the minimum and maximum quantities listed above. Two responsible sources and no other suppliers or services will satisfy this agency’s requirements. Procurement is currently limited to vendors certified and approved by SRD; however, SRD allows any vendor the opportunity to become certified, which serves to expand the potential vendor pool and reduce barriers to competition.
