The Procurement Division of the USMS is conducting market research to identify potential sources who can provide services in connection with the following: “Ballistic Resistant Equipment Disposal.” The USMS, a component of the United States Department of Justice ("DOJ"), is the nation’s oldest federal law enforcement agency.
