What this contract is for
The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified distributors/companies to provide HVAC Air Filters with the following specifications: ITEM QTY 4 “V” configuration, MERV 13/13A, dimensions 24”x24” 142 4 “V” configuration, MERV 13/13A, dimensions 20”x24” 12 Compact box type, MERV 11, dimensions 24”x24”x4” 96 Compact box type, MERV 11, dimensions 24”x20”x4” 64 Interested companies must provide the following technical information: Manufacturer/Brand MERV Rating IPD @2000 FPD @2000 Media Type Media SF Maximum Constant Operating Temperature (°F) Energy Saving Generation Grade/Number Frame Construction Pressure Drop Curve Minimum Particle Size Efficiency Curve Total shipment weight and volume Failure to provide the required technical specifications at the time of proposal submission will render the proposal non-responsive to the solicitation requirements, and it will receive no further consideration. Delivery: For Mexican vendors: Delivery shall be made to the US Consulate General in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. https://maps.app.goo.gl/hNeQnC4WqDDThrxu5 For U.S. or other international vendors: If possible, delivery should be made directly to Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico and the bid shall be inclusive of all transportation and customs fees. If delivery can only be made within the U.S., the delivery point shall be Brownsville, TX. For evaluation purposes, the Government will internally add the estimated transportation and customs costs from the U.S. to Mexico to the bid to determine the LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) proposal.
