Delivery: For Mexican vendors: Delivery shall be made to the US Consulate General in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. https://maps.app.goo.gl/hNeQnC4WqDDThrxu5 For U.S. or other international vendors: If possible, delivery should be made directly to Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico and the bid shall be inclusive of all transportation and customs fees. For evaluation purposes, the Government will internally add the estimated transportation and customs costs from the U.S. to Mexico to the bid to determine the LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) proposal.
