Our office is conducting a streamlined trade-off competition under FAR Part 13, while merely utilizing the structured format of the Sections L and M included. If your proposal exceeds 10MB, please submit it in multiple emails or request a DoD SAFE link at least 24 hours prior to close. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to ensure delivery.
