Large Penetrator Warhead Case Assembly Production: This notice serves as the solicitation for the Large Penetrator Warhead Case Assembly Production. The Attack Weapons Branch (AFLCMC/EBDP), Attack Division (AFLCMC/EBD), Armament Directorate (AFLCMC/EB), Eglin AFB, FL, plans to award a Firm-Fixed Price/Cost-Type multiple award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the production of Large Penetrator Warhead Case Assembly Production. The manufacturing of the warhead cases and all components shall be in accordance with the Government-owned and provided Technical Data Packages (TDP). The Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) documents and TDPs will only be provided to those contractors that are registered and active in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). A copy of the current known Technical Data Packages (TDP) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) referenced within the Request for Proposal (RFP) are contained in a controlled document containing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Distribution F. To receive the TDPs, interested parties must officially request these documents in writing, via e-mail, with a valid DD Form 2345 to S. Shane Wagner at [email protected] and Christy Cross at [email protected]. The TDPs will only be sent to interested vendors with a valid DD2345 via DoDSAFE. If the TDP has to be distributed to a subcontractor, the Offeror shall request permission from the Point of contracts listed above.
