Cancellation of Site Visit & Price Firmness: Due to operational and mission constraints inside the occupied 96 MXG facility, no Government-facilitated site visit will be offered or conducted for this requirement. Notice to Offerors: Offerors must rely on the detailed square-footage dimensions, quantities, and layout specifications provided in the revised PWS. Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Parameters: Under the FFP contract type, the successfully awarded price is firm and not subject to post-award adjustment. No price increases or requests for equitable adjustment will be entertained or authorized based on site conditions that could have been reasonably anticipated from the provided PWS specifications.
