What this contract is for
SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Base Seattle intends to award one (1) sole source purchase order on a basis of other than full and open competition (under FAR authority 6.302) to JRH LLC for security cart needed for security staff operations at USCG Base Seattle. The contract period of performance is: 06/29/2026 - 06/30/2026 This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-l(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c}(l) implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". The NAICS Code for this procurement is 441227 Motorcycle, ATV, and All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers. The PSC for this procurement is 2350 Combat, Assault, and Tactical Vehicle’s, Tracked. The procurement type will be a firm fixed price. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
