The contract period of performance is: 06/29/2026 - 06/30/2026 This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-l(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c}(l) implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". The NAICS Code for this procurement is 441227 Motorcycle, ATV, and All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers. The PSC for this procurement is 2350 Combat, Assault, and Tactical Vehicle’s, Tracked.
