In accordance with the RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.001(c) authorizing responsible and constructive exchanges with industry, this is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources-sought notice or any follow-up information requests. Pursuant to RFO FAR 10.001(d), the Government is requesting only the minimum information necessary to determine market capabilities and size status for this procurement. Any future acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Brooks Act as implemented in RFO FAR Subpart 36.102 and 36.202. The type of solicitation, set-aside determination, and final contract vehicle issued will depend upon the responses to this notice. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the Small Business, including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), as well as Large Businesses, to compete and perform services under a contract.
