U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT GSA Public Buildings Service The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: FL City: Tampa Delineated Area: North: E Sleigh Avenue; Hillsborough River West: Benjamin Road; Veterans Expressway; Memorial Highway South: John F Kennedy Boulevard; Dale Marby Highway; Euclid Avenue; Bayshore Road; Channelside Drive; Selmon Expressway; S 20th Street; S 50th Street; Madison Avenue East: Interstate 75; E Adams Drive; Falkenburg Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 54,845 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 57,587 Space Type: Office and Warehouse Space Parking Spaces (Secured Surface and/or Secured Structured): 250 Full Term: 15-Years Firm Term: 10-Years Additional Requirements Offered space must be contiguous without being split by a public corridor. In a multi-tenant building, contiguous space can be stacked on no more than two (2) floors. In a single tenant building, contiguous space can be stacked and there are no restrictions on the number of floors. Building must accommodate antennas or satellite dishes on the roof. A freight elevator is required if the space, or a portion of the space, is above the first floor. Approximately 3,500 ABOA SF of conditioned warehouse space for vehicle storage to include: Roll-up door with at-grade entry. Ceiling height in the warehouse must be a minimum of 28 feet clear. Building must have exclusive access on occasion to a loading dock and sallyport that can accommodate deliveries on pallets and discreet transportation of detainees.
